MP Gas Controls is Industry 4.0 as it combines new and different technologies in order to obtain the best results in terms of productivity, quality of the working environment and to create new business models.
Workstations connected to the network are located in the production departments that allow constant monitoring of production activity according to several qualitative parameters.
The workstations consist of transfer machines and CNC machining centers supported by the latest generation robots.
The assembly area is also fully automated and supported by CNC equipment that guarantee maximum reliability of the processes and, consequently, of the final product.
LAB
MP Gas Controls, thanks to its own laboratory provided with an important and complete equipment,
constantly verifies and checks the conformity of products, according to customers’ demand and to international standards.
